Rain was forecast — and did it pour down!

After a good shower during the morning commute, it appeared this morning through noonish, that the rain that was predicted might not develop.

But first came the wind, and then around 2:00 the skies opened up.

As of 4:30 pm, InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge had recorded 0.44″ bringing the monthly total to 4.41″ and the season-to-date to 20.84″.

4:45 pm update: Just peeked out the window and see some blue sky!
