Spotted: Beautiful car, but what is it?

We stumbled on his beautiful roadster earlier this week in the Sharon Heights shopping center parking lot (tucked in the back by the electric car charging stations).

We scoured it top and bottom trying to figure out the make and/or the model.

Spouse Dennis snapped one photo of words “Heritage/Legacy.”

Can anyone help us out?

Im going to guess its a Mercedes Benz 500?

Might be a Duesenberg, except the hood ornament is not correct for a Duesenberg.
