Yogalates with Angela on April 16 at Woodside Independence Hall
Yogalates combines the best of both worlds: Yoga and Pilates. Yogalates consists of a series of postures designed to stretch, strengthen, and tone muscles while also increasing blood flow. Pilates promotes healthy posture by strengthening the core, improving balance, coordination, and awareness.
In this 60 minute class scheduled on Tuesday, April 16, from 9:00 to 10:00 am, Angela combines a gentle, effective, and safe workout to tone your muscles while also creating a connection with yourself to calm the nervous system, relieve stress, and improve general well-being.
Please bring yoga mat, Angela will provide elastic bands.
