Kids and cars star in annual Woodside Soap Box Derby

Held this morning, the Woodside Soapbox Derby featured kids getting multiple runs down the course, which was in the parking at the Town Center. Drivers were age 6-12.

Racers received trophies with special awards for performance and design, and food and drinks available throughout the morning.

A number of community build days were held in advance of race day where cars were assembled and then customized to showcase each child’s uniqueness.
