Rainfall continues to be stingy in Menlo Park

Just .28″ of rain fell as recorded by InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge. Most of it came during a huge downpour accompanied by wind around 10:00 am.  The storm moved quickly through town with blue sky appearing around noon.

Today’s rain gets added to the 0.06″ that fell at the beginning of the month bringing the year-to-date to 0.34″ since the start of the rain year on October 1.

That’s more than last year when just 0.05″ was recorded as of November 6.
