M-A Canned Food Distribution Day took place on December 7

Emailed Menlo-Atherton High School student Celine Chien: “We ultimately ended up collecting a total of 249,801 pounds of food, distributing it to around 1,937 people, or 326 families [at Ecumenical Hunger Program in East Palo Alto]. Though we didn’t reach our goal of 350,000, we were still able to help out thousands in our community for the holiday season!”
