Yep, that was some rain overnight!

As predicted the rain came down heavily after midnight on Thursday, December 12, the first significant rain since the end of November.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent called on neighbor Mike Laine for the rain report as the battery in his digital gauge went dead. There was 0.63″ overnight and an additional 0.01″ this morning. That brings the year-to-date to 2.84″.
