A bit more rain falls on Menlo Park

Update: 0.01″ fell after 3:00, bringing today’s total to 0.29″ and the year to date to 4.93″.

The predicted rain fell pretty much on schedule late morning in Menlo Park. Unlike Saturday’s big storm, it was just rain without the very gusty winds.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge recorded 0.28″ as of 3:00 pm, bringing the year to date total to 4.92″.

The season to date last year — as of December 17 — was 1.21″, we we’re well ahead.
