Flea Street aprons represent #second chances
Flea Street staff — including chef/general manager Bryan Thuerk and his sister Andrea — are wearing aprons made by a group of underserved women in New Delhi.
They have been screen printed by men rebuilding their lives after incarceration in South Carolina.
“We don them proudly in support of these individuals who deserve — as the apron states —
#secondchances,” Flea Street says via an email.
Flea Street collaborated on these aprons with Peace by Piece International Purpose Driven Gifting Company in Los Gatos offering businesses meaningful gifts that change lives.
The aprons are for sale at Flea Street — $50 while they last. Net proceeds provide support for Turn90
who printed the aprons.
Located at 3607 Alameda de las Pulgas, Flea Street is open Tuesday – Saturday, 5:00 pm – close.
