“Constellations: Ensemble Magic” is theme of this year’s Music@Menlo Chamber Music Festival

David Finckel and Wu Hang (pictured), Artistic Directors of Music@Menlo Chamber Music Festival and Institute, announced the 23rd season taking place this summer: Constellations: Ensemble Magic.

Seven programs present a dynamic soundscape that embodies the spirit of chamber music from the intimate duo to the orchestral octet. Classics of the repertoire are paired with compelling discoveries featuring strings, piano, winds, and voices showcasing the artistry of chamber music instrumentation from the eighteenth century to today.

Running from July 18 through August 9, the festival presents over 50 events on Music@Menlo’s three stages in Atherton, California.

Tickets for the summer festival go on sale January 27 for donors at the Beethoven Level and above ($10,000), and February 10 for Composers Circle members ($1,000+).

Subscriptions can be purchased starting February 24 and single tickets go on sale March 10.
