Rain sputters more than pours in Menlo Park on Friday

The rain today in Menlo Park did not materialize as forecast this morning. There was a bit of on and off sputtering in the afternoon rather than a steady downpour.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge registered 0.04″ as of 4:00 pm, bringing the season to date to 6.74″.

Best to keep your umbrellas handy as rain is forecast for both Saturday and Sunday.
