Forecasted rain falls short again in Menlo Park

Much like Friday, the rainfall today in Menlo Park fell short of what was forecast.

The updated report for all of Friday, January 31 is 0.10″.

There was a little more today but no real downpour. InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s gauge registered 0.24″ as of 4:00 pm. That brings the season to date to 7.02″.

The forecast is for rain to continue for much of next week. But if it’s still in dribbles and drabs remains to be seen.
