Menlo Park downtown through El Camino Real is usually congested morning and evening rush hours due to many factors. The one that seems the easiest to address is no parking along ECR in the core during rush hours so that traffic can use three lanes. That would accommodate more flow when lights are green. This would be better for emergency responders that need to use that route as well .
