Join the scavenger hunt to find heritage trees in Menlo Park

Menlo Park’s first annual heritage tree tag scavenger hunt starts September 1 and runs through September 22.

Nineteen tags have been placed next to beautiful heritage trees throughout the City to help raise awareness of the City’s urban forest.

Join in the fun and search for heritage tree tags hidden in your neighborhood park. It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore, learn, and connect with nature!

Activity rules

• Use the interactive heritage tree tag map or grab a flyer at one of the pickup locations to get a map of where you can find each heritage tree tag.
• The scavenger hunt is open to all City of Menlo Park residents.
• Submissions must be received by Sept. 22 to be included in the drawing, one submission per household.
