Rain falls in Menlo Park – the first in months

Anyone out and about around 11:30 this morning experienced a good downpour. It was the first rain in Menlo Park since last April, according to InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent.

His digital rain gauge recorded 0.02″ before noon. That brings the season-to-date — which concludes on September 30 — to 16.73″.
