Spotted: Dogs taking part in St. Francis Day at Trinity Church

St. Francis Day is on Saturday, October 4, 2025. It celebrates St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals and the environment.

Parishioners at Trinity Church in Menlo Park where invited to bring their live (or stuffed) pets for blessings this morning (10/5).

The Rev. Jude Harmon is pictured at top with a Golden Retriever.

There was also a caricaturist on hand to capture family portraits.
