Watercolor paintings by Yvonne Newhouse featured at Portola Art Gallery in November

“Journey” — watercolor paintings by award-winning  artist Yvonne Newhouse — are featured in November at the Portola Art Gallery (75 Arbor Road) in Menlo Park. A reception for the artist will be held on Saturday, November 8, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. Visitors can also meet Yvonne at the gallery on Monday, November 10, and by appointment.

The studio works for the exhibit are from reference photos, imaginings, and personal experiences.

“I invite the viewer to embark on a journey through this exhibit,” Yvonne explains.  “My hope is that each piece encourages personal reflection, allowing the viewer to see their own story within the movement, color, and atmosphere of the work.”
