Wow — that was some rain in Menlo Park!

As of 2:30 pm today, InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge had recorded 1.78″. That bumps the season-to-date total to 3.44″.

And it made for one unhappy dog — Mathilda — on her morning walk with owner Robin Tobias, who sent in today’s rain photo.

There may be more unhappiness in Mathilda’s future: Forecast is for rain off and on over the next week.
