Transportation is just not cars and trucks. MTC needs to give greater consideration to identifying and filing needs of all users. First steps would be rating walk, bike & roll ability of these right ways, may they be the road or path or sidewalk or other, that people use for transportation. Then provide infrastructure and enforcement to make these alternates forms of transportation safe and comfortable.
