Pineapple Express sputters rather than sprays rain

Lots of build in the press for the arrival of the Pineapple Express but it evidently stalled north of the mid-Peninsula.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent digital gauge measured just 0.03″ as of 10:00 am this morning with no more rain forecast for the days.

That brings the season-to-date to 17.76″.
