Rain — and more main rain — is the headline in Menlo Park

Yes, that was lightening and thunder you heard last night — at least in some parts of Menlo Park.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent has issued an updated rainfall report:

“On Friday, April 10, there was a total of 0.63″. And then a hefty 0.83″ fell all day on Saturday, April 11.”

When he checked his digital gauge at 10:30 am this morning, there was an additional 0.31″, bringing the season-to-date to  19.68.’
