Rain falls on Menlo Park on Monday and Tuesday

Update as of 4:30 pm: 0.81″on Tuesday the 21st, bringing the season-to-date to 21.57″.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge registered 0.76″ on Monday, April 20 — and another 0.54″ this Tuesday morning (4/21) as of 10:00 am.

That brings the season-to-date to 21.3″ — surpassing the “good rain year number of 20 inches”.

Last year as of April 17, the season-to-date rain total was 16.69″.
