Ragazzi Continuo presents “Lifetime” on May 3
Ragazzi Continuo presents Lifetime, a meditation on the journey of life delivered through song. The concert will take place on Sunday, May 3, at Trinity Church (330 Ravenswood Ave., Menlo Park) from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
The repertoire spans many genres and many stages of life, featuring songs about the sweetness of romantic love, the tenderness of parental love, the pain of heart-break, a yearning for death, comfort for those who mourn, and a transcendental interpretation of what comes after life. Highlights include works by Billy Joel, Ola Gjeilo, Felix Mendelssohn, Pavel Chesnokov, and Jean Sibelius.
