Works by artist Anni Liu on exhibit at Spa de Menlo on September 26

On Saturday, September 26, local artist Anni Liu (pictured) will present a solo exhibition —Order, Reimagined II — at Spa de Menlo (718 Santa Cruz Avenue).

Emails Anni: “The exhibition features new abstract and mixed-media works combining layered surfaces, expressive color, tactile materials, and hand-built elements. The works explore memory, transformation, and the ways order can be disrupted and reconstructed.

“Although my current graduate studies engage with emerging technology, this exhibition emphasizes physical materials and handmade processes.”
