How Menlo Park residents can get ready to vote in the November 2026 General Election

Menlo Park residents can learn about the resources available to be informed and prepared to vote this election season.

Voter information guides are now available.

On Oct. 5, ballot drop‐off locations will open for early-voting by submission of vote‐by‐mail ballots. To find a location, please visit the Secretary of State’s early voting information page.

Voters must register by Oct. 19 to be eligible to vote non-provisionally in this election. Register online and check your voter registration status at My Voter Status.

On Oct. 8, The Almanac will host a candidate forum for the Menlo Park City Council race featuring all six candidates from Districts 1, 2, and 4. The forum will be open for in-person attendance at the Menlo Park City Council chambers and live streamed to YouTube. Reserve a spot.
