Menlo Park City Council to discuss downtown public plaza on October 12

On Tuesday, October 13, the Menlo Park City Council will hold a study session to discuss the downtown public plaza at 600 Santa Cruz Avenue. Three options for the plaza will be presented:

-Option 1 – Existing plaza configuration (closed vehicle lane)
-Option 2 – Smaller, reduced-size community space (open vehicle lane)
-Option 3 – No plaza (open vehicle lane and restore street parking)

The Council is seeking public input. Please send comments to city.council@menlopark.gov (these emails are posted publicly) and/or provide public comment at the meeting (in some instances, speaker time may be limited).
