Updated timeline for applicant’s lawsuit regarding 80 Willow Road builder’s remedy project

For those following the 80 Willow Road builder’s remedy project, the timeline of the applicant’s lawsuit has changed.  Here’s the current schedule (dates may change):

• Nov. 18: The developer files its main written argument
• Dec. 1: The City files its written response
• Dec. 8: The developer files its final reply
• Dec. 14: Court hearing
• Mid to late January 2027: The judge is expected to issue a decision
