Menlo faces: Debbie Cho

Debbie Cho has been greeting customers from behind the counter at Menlo Shirt Laundy and Dry Cleaners on Chestnut St. which she’s owned since 1987, although she says there’s been a laundry in that spot since 1952, qualifying the business for mainstay status. Loyalists have seen her go from “young” Debbie to “married” Debbie to “Mom” Debbie. With each transfer of soiled for clean clothes, a little conversational history takes place along with a dollop of dish, although she’s reserving the best stories for her “tell-all” book, Dirty Laundy.
