Menlo Park’s annual 4th of July parade, which took off down Santa Cruz Avenue shortly before noon today, is a showcase of kids decked out in glorious red, white and blue. We’re showcasing some of the faces as captured by Scott Loftesness. Happy Independence Day to all!
