Spotted: Another Little Free Library in Menlo Park’s Allied Arts neighborhood

by Linda Hubbard on August 24, 2013

We reported on what we believe is the first Little Free Library to open in Menlo Park a year ago. Now it looks like it has at least one sister library, this one located just a few blocks away on Yale in the Allied Arts Neighborhood of Menlo Park. The idea behind the grassroots libraries is for people to leave a book when they take a book. How-to instructions for building a Little Free Library are available online.

That’s my curbside little free library pictured. You are welcome to leave books, of course, but my main goal is to reduce the sprawling book population within my home (no surface bare of books).
