Emails InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ: “It is 3:40 Sunday afternoon. The 49ers are playing in San Jose [losing to the Patriots], and it has been raining continuously. Not so in my backyard, but I have .25″ to report for the day. My season to date total now 4.25”.
