Spotted: Pair of ducks enjoying a “lake” while on neighborhood walk

After three days of rain, Menlo Oaks looks like the land of lakes. Lots of puddles and little lakes by drains that didn’t drain very well–a common occurance. Though not enough water for swimming, this mallard pair found plenty to snack on. Walking through the neighborhood is becoming quite the nature walk these days.
