Rare sight: Late nite partying in downtown Menlo Park
The benefit concert performed by Duran Duran at The Guild on Saturday night was followed by an after party at Bistro Vida. Yes, people enjoying drinks and conversation late into the night in downtown Menlo Park — a rare sight.

They kept my family awake until after midnight playing the Spice Girls etc. They finally shut it down at 12:10. I’m not against them partying, but please MOVE IT INSIDE after 10pm! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!

Loved seeing so much life and so many smiling faces in Menlo Park! And even better that the evening supported such a good cause. Hope there are more events like this in our community’s future!

If it’s too loud, you’re too old.

I had a phenomenal time at the Bistro Vida event! Ali and his team did a wonderful job of making the space fun, safe and exciting for all of us. I’m so grateful that Bistro Vida is willing to provide such awesome experience from time to time. It’s important for us as a community to get together and it’s so much fun to be out late in a safe space with drinks, music and beautiful people. Thanks Ali you guys are the best!
