Spotted: Ann’s Coffee Shop sign coming down

Menlo mainstay Ann’s Coffee Shop closed three years ago after a 75 year run, but today InMenlo contributing photographer Robb Most snapped a photo of the restaurant’s sign coming down.
That leaves Cook’s Seafood, which has been in operation since 1928, Kepler’s since 1955, Draeger’s since 1956, and Round Table Pizza since 1959 as Menlo Park’s long-time businesses.
It’s been reported that Ann’s will be transformed into a seafood restaurant.

Think Kepler’s was at San Antonio and El Camino Real in Mountain View long before moving to its first El Camino address in Menlo Park. Does anyone know for sure?

Judy, I think the first Kepler’s was near Cook’s on El Camino. Linda

The circle of restaurant life. Glad Ann’s was a big part of my childhood!
