Another day of light rainfall in Menlo Park

There seems to be a pattern here the last few days: predictions of a fair amount of rain that doesn’t materialize.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge recorded just 0.02″ as of 3:00 pm today. That brings the season-to-date total to 7.24″.

Heavy rain is predicted to start later this evening. A Flood Watch is in effect from 4:00 pm today (2/3) until 4:00 am on Wednesday 2/5. Residents are advised to be on the lookout for weather updates.
