Overnight rain leads to blue sky in the morning

Menlo Park resident Robin Tobias snapped this photo yesterday evening, commenting “gorgeous sky tonight.”

The sound of raindrops could be head off and on during the night but less than the drenching rain predicted.

InMenlo weather watcher’s digital gauge recorded 0.06″ shortly before midnight on Saturday and another 0.13″ today.

That brings the year-to-date total to 13.71″.
