Damp weather gets the mushrooms sprouting in Menlo Park

On her morning walk with dog Mathilda, Menlo Park resident Robin Tobias spotted some newly-sprouted mushrooms.

InMenlo weather watcher Dennis Nugent’s digital gauge recorded 0.31″ from midnight to 3:00 this afternoon. That brings the season-to-date to 5.21″.
