Springline Oktoberfest set for September 18 & 19
Springline Oktoberfest returns on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. The event takes place from 5:00 to 9:00 pm each evening at The Plaza at Springline (1300 El Camino Real, Menlo Park).

As I understand it, general admission is $30, while the $40 ticket includes a 1-liter stein and one drink ticket for beer, wine or a nonalcoholic beverage. Food and any additional drinks are extra. Unless I’m missing something, that seems to be how the pricing is structured.
