Fatality on Caltrain tracks Wednesday morning, October 14

Reports the Almanac: “All roads are open following a pedestrian fatality on Wednesday morning, Oct. 14, near Alma Street and Sherwood Way after police closed the intersection and a nearby train crossing.

“The Menlo Park Fire Protection District said its first responders were called to the scene at 9 a.m. by police who reported a pedestrian had been hit by a train, but that the individual was pronounced dead before they arrived.”
