Could it really be that a post about a local resident going to Safeway on El Camino in Menlo Park was viewed the most — by a landslide — on InMenlo in 2024? Yes, when that resident was Warriors basketball star Steph Curry who was there to sign bottles of his Gentleman’s Cut Kentucky bourbon. It also happens to be the most read post ever on InMenlo.

Readers thirst for finding out about local impacts on traffic led to US-101 lane closure for nine weekends will affect Menlo Park to be the second most read.

The year was also marked by the passing of some beloved citizens — Dr. Harry Wong who boomers will remember from Menlo-Atherton High School in the ’60s and Dr. Recia Kott Blumenkranz and Jym Clendenin in the last months of the year.
